Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and staff scheduling

- Coordinate across lab, reception, and phlebotomy teams
- Report performance metrics to management
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 6-10 years of experience, including branch or operations management in a healthcare/lab setting
