Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to help build and maintain a strong lab team
Key Responsibilities

- Support performance management and employee relations
- Assist with policy implementation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
