Job Description
Interpret and communicate genetic and molecular test results to patients and referring physicians, providing guidance on implications for health and family planning
Key Responsibilities
- Explain genetic and molecular test results and their clinical significance to patients
- Support pre- and post-test counseling
- Collaborate with pathologists on complex case interpretation
- Prepare patient-facing result summaries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Genetic Counseling, Molecular Biology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical genetics, molecular diagnostics, or genetic counseling
Required License
- Genetic counseling certification (where applicable)
