Job Description
Manage the lab's IT infrastructure and Laboratory Information System (LIS), ensuring reliable connectivity between instruments, systems, and reporting platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the LIS and its interfaces with lab analyzers
- Troubleshoot IT/network issues
- Manage user accounts and data security
- Support Odoo or LIS implementation and upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-5 years of IT support experience, LIS or healthcare systems experience preferred
