Job Description
Perform biochemical and immunological testing on patient samples, ensuring accurate results and adherence to laboratory quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily analyzer operations and QC/QA program for biochemistry and immunoassays
- Review and approve junior chemists' work
- Lead method validation and instrument maintenance
- Liaise with pathologists on result discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Medical Laboratory Sciences
- 6-10 years of experience in a clinical biochemistry/immunology lab, including supervisory experience
Required License
- Active Ministry of Health laboratory license
